a washington state native, cara grew up studying classical ballet which first sparked her passion for movement. she moved on to study at the american musical and dramatic academy in nyc’s upper west side which led to a professional career in musical theater. notably touring as bombalurina with the broadway national/international tour of cats.

her passion to teach others began when she recieved her ryt yoga teaching certification and began teaching all over manahattan. most recently settling in detroit, mi with her husband, cara felt a strong desire to create a workout that fulfilled body, mind and spirit and would be equally fun and effective.

Her two sons, Cooley and Elvis are her biggest inspiration to keep others healthy and motivated at all ages and fitness levels and abilities.
